Ravindra Jadeja dismissed the interview as “nonsense” and “scripted.” In a post on ‘X’ in Gujarati, he declared, “All the statements made in the senseless interview are baseless and false. It presents a one-sided perspective, and I vehemently reject the accusations. The efforts to tarnish my wife’s image are utterly reprehensible and inappropriate. While I have much to convey, I choose not to do so publicly.”
Jadeja, marking 15 years in international cricket on February 8, was absent from the second Test against England in Visakhapatnam due to a hamstring injury. Providing an update on Instagram on Thursday, he mentioned progress in his recovery. The squad for the upcoming three Tests is anticipated to be revealed on Friday, and the third Test is set for February 15 in Rajkot, with the series currently tied at 1-1.

Rivaba and Ravindra have been in the spotlight since Ravindra’s father claimed that the couple had distanced themselves from his side of the family. In a recent interview with Divya Bhaskar, Anirudhsinh Jadeja alleged that Rivaba had caused a division in their family and expressed regret over the marriage.
Within three months of the marriage, she told me that everything should be transferred to her name. She created a rift in our family. She didn’t want the family and desired an independent life. I could be wrong, and Naynaba (Ravindra’s sister) could be wrong, but you tell me, how can all 50 members of our family be wrong? There’s no relation with anyone in the family; there’s just hate.
